Loan Comparison: We provide a platform to compare loan products from multiple banks and NBFCs based on your eligibility and requirements.

Lead Generation & Referral: We collect your information and refer your loan application to suitable lending partners. We act as an intermediary and do not directly lend money.

Financial Advisory: We provide general information and guidance on loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. This does not constitute personalised financial advice.

EMI Calculator: We provide tools to estimate loan EMIs. These are indicative only and actual amounts may vary based on lender terms.

Important: PaisaSetu.com is not a bank, NBFC, or financial institution. We do not guarantee loan approval, specific interest rates, or loan amounts. All lending decisions are made solely by our partner banks and NBFCs.

To use PaisaSetu.com's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid mobile number and email address
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who provides false information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

By using our services, you agree to:

Accurate Information: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all forms and applications. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Indian law.

Lawful Use: Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.

No Misuse: Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with our services, or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our platform.

Single Application: Submit only genuine loan applications. Multiple simultaneous applications for the same loan type may negatively impact your credit score.

Free for Borrowers: PaisaSetu.com's loan comparison and referral services are completely free for borrowers. We do not charge any fee, commission, or processing charge from users for using our platform.

Lender Fees: Partner banks and NBFCs may charge processing fees, prepayment charges, late payment penalties, and other charges as per their individual loan agreements. These charges are governed by the respective lender's terms and conditions.

No Advance Fee: PaisaSetu.com will never ask you to pay any advance fee, security deposit, or upfront payment to process your loan application. If anyone claiming to be from PaisaSetu.com asks for such payment, please report it immediately to care@paisasetu.com.

Third-Party Charges: You may incur charges from third parties (e.g., internet service providers, mobile operators) when accessing our services. PaisaSetu.com is not responsible for such charges.

All content on the PaisaSetu.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Trustera Services or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use: You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print or download content for your own reference.

Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.

No Guarantee of Loan Approval: PaisaSetu.com does not guarantee that your loan application will be approved by any lender. Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lending institution based on their credit assessment criteria.

Indicative Information: Interest rates, loan amounts, tenures, and EMI calculations displayed on our platform are indicative only. Actual terms may vary based on your credit profile, lender policies, and market conditions at the time of disbursement.

No Financial Advice: Information provided on our platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services. We may suspend or discontinue services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by third-party lenders or other external sources linked from our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PaisaSetu.com and Trustera Services shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in loan information provided by partner lenders
• Any actions or decisions taken by lending partners regarding your loan application
• Any technical failures, interruptions, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to PaisaSetu.com in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer Disputes: Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable consumer protection laws.
